Good morning from the UK
My partner, @sawrip , has a gorgeous scorpy tank and I've learnt a lot from his journey, with the added knowledge from this forum! I've been a dedicated "tank assistant" helping him from the beginning with aquascaping, feeding, colour matching on tests, and VIP fish transport in the car
I became very attached to one of the first fish we got for his tank, The blue spotted puffer. Unfortunately recently the puffer (Percy) has been nipping at my partner's prized scorps, so Percy had to be rehomed as soon as possible. I thought, what a brilliant opportunity to set up my own little tank and adopt the evicted Percy!
Sawrip sourced a Fluval Evo 52L, with some additional upgrades. We're really pleased with the live rock aqua scaping and Percy has settled in very well!
I'll be planning some enrichment things, such as a ring bubbler, as I noticed when he was in the big tank he would play with the bubbles from the return pump and airstone.
Hopefully little Percy will be happy in the new tank! There will be additions of softie corals and other percy-safe tank mates for him as well soon as it looks a little sparce currently!
(Don't hate me for the pink gravel- I wanted a little colour )
