Hey I have these semi-translucent/white critters all in my sump, just wondering what they are & whether it's harmful or not

Looks like pineapple sponges to me - harmless filter feeders. They're common in newer tanks, typically booming in population and then dying off.
I second this.

I have similar looking ones in a 4 month old tank. Fish and corals seem healthy, so I have not been worried about them.
