Successful Parameters

What Parameters do you feel make the most successful Zoanthid tanks?
Mg Level
Ca Level
pH Level
Iodine Level
dKH Level
It would be great to hear form the most successful propagation folks out there

Our levels are:
Mg 1300-1350
Ca 410-420
pH 8.1-8.3
KH 9.-10.5

I would say the ones you posted your parameters of are the most important, although some trace elements and minerals we don't have test for and don't really know some of the uses by corals.....

My parameters are as follows or I try to keep them at this range, last time I tested there were the outcome....
Mg>1300
Ca>460
PH> 8.2(I like to keep ine a bit higher though)
Kh>9-10(need new test)

I used to dose Kent trace elements also, now I don't dose to much stuff other then a Mag and a trace element from a company I haven't used before....I don't think I will be using it again.....

Do you keep SPS in your tank/s? What do you feel is the greatest need for zoanthid growth other that lighting?
I have heard the Mg is the most important

I have 3 pieces in my tank and never really kept them before....I have always tried toget these type of mesurements.....I would say mag is propably the most important and not just for zoas, just because of the way that it effects some many things as far as how corals process Ca and other stuff.......

I keep all my parameters high. I do weekly water changes and add magflake and dowflake to the change water to keep my Ca and Mg levels maxed out.

I drip kalk at 2 teaspoons per gallon of top-off water. It keeps my parameters pretty stable. When I first started dripping kalk my ph was up around 8.6.

I run a little lower in all tanks (one primarily SPS and one primarily LPS/sotfie/zoa).
Mg-no test kit... Gotta get one

pH ranges from 7.9-8.2
