Strange spots on lobo coral

Hey all can anyone ID what these spots are on my lobo

1 or 2 showed up just as my Lopo started to slightly decline
Now it’s coming back but more spots are appearing and my lobo has good days in full bloom and bad days where I can see skeleton


I also have one of these appearing on the plug of my acrapora coral
It’s very odd

Is this something I should worry about or is it simple and safe

They are not defined they actually look like a mound of coraline
