Strange creature

Hello everyone, I spotted a strange bubble creature in my tank. I tried my best to take a clear photo but it is in a tough spot somehow. I've looked into Bubble Algae but it doesn't seem to be one..

It's sorta like a green bubble with some pores and a single longer tube coming out of it
