Earlier this year, I set up a new 180G Reef Savvy Tank... This will be my 5th iteration. The tank was set up because I broke down my old tank while moving homes and after settling into the new home, I set up this new tank.

New fish: Regal Angelfish, Potters Angelfish (from old tank), Rhomboid Wrasse x 2, Radiant Wrasse, Melanurus Wrasse, Redline Wrasse, Timor Wrasse, Purple Tang, Yellow Belly Blue Tang, Powdered Blue Tang, Premium Picasso Perculas x 2 (from old tank), Black Saddleback x 2, Whitetail Tang, Adorned Wrasse

My experiences with the vendors:

Petco.com - Ordered a yellow belly regal angel size medium. Package was good, looks like it came from Quality Marine. Regal looked beautiful and after a few days he started to eat. After finishing QT, I introduced him into the DT... but unfortunately, I had to re-home cause he ate my Zoas and also nipped on Haddoni excessively. Would use petco.com again

DrReefQT - I brought a Rhomboid and an Adorned Wrasse “just the fish” aka no qt. I communicated with dr reef several times over email and he always responded promptly. At the same time, I communicated with other vendors but communication was lackluster so I choose Dr Reef. I specifically asked for a Rhomboid and an Adorned wrasse around 2.75" to 3". They assured me they had plenty. I pulled the trigger. Package arrived which was well packed. To my surprise, the Adorned wrasse was a little over a inch while the Rhomboid was around 2.5". I emailed them back about why the size difference and he again promptly emailed that they had the sizes I was looking for but the fish weren't eating, and they gave me the ones that were aggressively eating... This is a bit of a BS bait and switch. He said if I wasn't happy, I could return the fish.... Well, how would I ship the fish back and they already been acclimated in my QT.. Unfortunately, the adorned was too small and couldn't make it through QT. So not a pleasant experience and probably won't use them again

ReefBeauty - Contacted these guys about a timor wrasse and another male Rhombold. He assured me they had the 3" sizes I was looking for. Fish were well packed and Rhomboid was beautiful. Size of fish was exacly as he said. Unfortunately, the timor was DOA. They promptly gave me a credit. I placed a second order for a small whitetail tang (2.5"), another timor, and a redline wrasse. Fishes arrived with the correct sizes requested. Fish were all healthy and wow the whitetail is beautiful specimen. Really impressed with their operations and would use them again

LiveAquaria - I ordered a medium and a large black saddleback clownfish for my haddoni since my perculas dont care for the haddoni. The size listed for the medium is 1-2" and the large suppose to eb 2-3" . The package was horribly packed. This came from the California facility and they did not use a standard styrofoam box. They used just an insulated padding. The package box was soaked and barely holding shape. Luckily, there was still enough water for both fish. However, the medium clownfish was about 2.5" and the large one looks like over 4".... How do you list a fish for 2-3" and send a 4" fish? Might use them again

LFS - Purple tang, yellow belly blue tang, powdered blue tang and radiant wrasse were from my LFS. The powered blue tang was a bully and I had to re-home him
