Still having a lot of tiny black specks in my aquarium

Still having a lot of tiny black specks on my sand bed the last week (see pictures).

The water parameters are in line (Nitrate 4 ppm, Nittrite 0.004, Phosphate 0.02, KH 8.1, Ammonia 0 and PH at 8,4)

I have 2 clownfishes, 2 x snails, 2 x Buccinulum Corneum and 1 hermit crab. All are doing fine.

I cleaned the sand bed daily and did 2 water changes but the specks come back at night.

Not sure what to do, anyone has a suggestion ?

I wonder if you wave a bag of carbon letting out pieces?

Don’t clean the bed daily, that’s not causing the problem but that might be why nitrites are appearing, there is bacteria living in the sand you could definitely use, also abou the black dots it might be algae or… poop. As long as it’s not hurting anything you shouldent really be worried

Very good suggestion. The only thing I didn't check. Unfortunately, the bag is closed. Going to monitor it the comming week.

Thank you, the fish and snails are doing ok so going to monitor it for a week more.
