Spiny box pufferfish decease ID

Hi! I just got this guy for free from a petco who called because they knew I had a quarantine tank. I am currently treating him with copper for the ich he has but there is also some other kind of illness on the fins that I just can’t figure out and was hoping to get an ID on it aswell as a treatment method

Fish are tough to photograph...I can’t see clearly enough in these pics. Maybe a short video would be clearer?

Spiny Box fish sometimes have copepod parasites on their fins. It could also be a viral disease called Lymphocytis.
It looks like your water is a bit cloudy, how is it testing out? Ammonia is the primary thing to watch for.

The ammonia is at 0ppm, nitrate is at 20, nitrite is at 0ppm. The water was cloudy due to me cleaning some algae earlier.
Hopefully this video helps(Vidoe would not upload so I’m uploading better pictures)
