I need to raise my nutrients up for better coral growth (also my bleached nem),but I found out today that after I spam fed my living things in my tank (rotifer + 4 ml reef snow for a 96L tank every other day, takes 3 min for my fish to finish eating their food), all of my nutrient stats (Ammon, NO2/3, PO4) are still 0, only with nitrite grows to I guess something like 0.1-0.2 ppm. I am suspecting there are something in my tank that eats up all of my nutrients, or I am just underfeeding them?

Its probably your corals that are using up the nutrients. Oyster feast, or some sort of quality powdered coral food will help get nutrients up. Even feeding mysis if available.
