Something is eating my firework clove polyps!

These clove polyps are growing like wildfire on their island, but they are also suffering from a case of disappearing polyps. Almost everything that was on the frag when I bought it has disappeared. See my full stock list below the pics to see if any of them are the potential coral eater.

Fish: Clowns, YWG, Red scooter blenny.
Shrimp: Cleaner shrimp, peppermint shrimp
Snails: trochus snail, 4 Astreae snails, tiger conch, 4 cerith snails, 1 bumblebee snail
Crab: Emerald crab (female)

I'm also not sure, but there are little grain of rice sized white things on the coral. At first I thought that was perhaps just the ruptured flesh of the coral? Now I'm wondering if it might be a worm or something?
