Some zoas won’t open while all others are fine

I have some zoas that won’t open while all the others are happy as can be. They have been closed up for about three weeks now. The were happy until about three weeks ago. No signs of any pests.
Any ideas ?

Nope. They are a little white where they are closed up real tight at the top but they still seem healthy. I think the white you are seeing is mostly just shadows and the camera playing tricks.

Yes you are right, I don’t see any reason why did u change lights or flow recently ?

Zoas can be finicky and do that I had some close for a month and came back . Looked like your scenario . Just let them be if they waste away they will grow back. That’s a fast Grower I have a bunch of those growing thx

If your water is good just give it time . I had these close for 2 months the same as you .

Zoas like moderate light and water flow. Sometimes as simple as dust can irritate them. Try giving them gentle blasts with a turkey baster. If they respond, you know you will need to increase flow a little.
They also like a little iodine in their water. Also check under their frag plug for any bugs or signs of eggs
