Some type of growth in 1/5 month aquarium setup

So today I noticed a white growth in my aquarium, the salinity is still 1.006 I was planning on starting to increase this today when I noticed a bloodworm I just fed stick to something, when I looked closer theres this weird white sludgy thing growing on the side where the bloodworm is and the opposite side, I took pictures, is this cyanobacteria? I cant be sure what it is or how to get rid of it. Sorry about the mistype in the title the aquarium is 1 and a half month old.

Just to clarify, did you mean to post this in the saltwater forum?

Well eventually the aquarium is going to be full saltwater but currently only has 1.006 salinity so I assumed its the right place to post it?

Ahh, now I understand! I just wanted to make sure you were getting the right audience, as many of the organisms that usually grow in marine environments can differ from those growing in freshwater or brackish setups! It doesn't look like cyanobacteria to me. As for the ID, it's been a number of years since I was running a tank anywhere near that salinity, so hopefully someone more knowledgeable can weigh in!

Thanks , I was thinking it could be Cyanobacteria but it looks more like Alcaligenes xylosoxidans which seems dangerous for fish, I’m not sure how to proceed, people recommend using dr Tim’s re-fresh and waste away beneficial bacteria for the second one, however there’s a freshwater and marine version available currently but the aquarium is at only 1.006 salinity so I’m not sure which bacteria will survive.
