don't think it raises alk but if your not in the 7 to 8 zone you may get some clouding of the water, have to watch ph closely with C

I have never heard of Vitamin C raising some ones Alk, i would think you would need a ALK buffer lol.

Im not trying to use it to raise alk,just was wondering if it had any affects of raising alk

did you even read my response,im not trying to use it to raise alk!!!!!!!!!!,i had a little spike in alk and wondered if it had anything to do with it,thats it

I doubt it would have a huge impact on alk. However, pH might be effected because it is somewhat acidic.
