As I was placing the frag on my frag rock to start my acclimation I must have knocked off the one polyp and didn't realize until I got the rest in. I glued it back to the frag but I'm not sure if it is the right side up. It seems like there is a small hole on the top. Any suggestions?

It looks like you mounted the right way so leave it alone for a few days and see what happens. I can tell you that I have accidentally glued over zoa a few times over the years and they usually free themselves from the glue.
Thanks, I was also worried I got some glue on top.
