I know some people just use their sand and live rock as bio filtration, but for those that have less and like to add extra in the sump, what is your go to? Do you steer away biomedia that disintegrates like cermedia?

I've got a marinepure block, siporax rings, and seachem matrix in bags.

It's an AIO so space is limited. If I had a full sump I'd probably either do bricks of marinepure or just live rock.
