I know it’s hard to see but there seems to be a lot of these little things hanging off my rocks. I assumed it’s some sort of aptasia but I really can’t tell

That's what I get for trying to do it on mobile. Should be set now.
A little fuzzy which looks like a pest anemone called aptasia. If it is (see pic below), Using syringe, inject either lemon juice or better yet. . kalkwasser powder mixed with tank water into a paste the consistency of toothpaste and inject into the very center core and it will melt away
