Small Orange Angler for a Great Price... Considering Grabbing this Guy...Thoughts?

So this beautiful bright orange angler just came into a shop near me a day or two ago and am thinking about possibly getting him...he's only 2.5 inches and only $80. I have a spare 5 gallon tank I'd love to make a species tank...I'd like some opinions first though...I'm sure @lion king can help out but all opinions are more than welcome! Here's a pic. He's beautiful!

After reading my thread I would happy to help in any way. It is very important to have a fully cycled tank with a good amount of biological filtration, include rock and filter media. These fish will expel alot of waste all at once and an ammonia spike or continued low level of ammonia will kill them.
