My small baby clown sits near the sand and seems like it’s hard for him to swim. He isn’t reacting to feedings, any ideas on what I should do?

Anything else wrong? Gaping mouth, Larger clown chasing it, inflamed gills, white spots, anything? When did you get the clown? Could just be scared to come out. When I first got my clowns they didnt want to come near me or the food...

Nothing wrong with the clown, I think he is just scared to come out because he’s so tiny. No other fish & got him yesterday.
