Slow Coral Growth

Hi Everyone

Looking for some advise. I'm really struggling with any noticeable coral growth. i have mixture of Soft, LPS and SPS. i have noticed with my LPS frags seems to have number of heads not much of a skeletal structure. What kind of lighting and flow do you have?
