I would really appreciate advice from you all. I am in day 15 of cycling. I have been using the Red Sea Starter Kit. I have exhausted all the khCoralline Gro so I have ordered more. My Tank will have to survive a few days without it. Will this significantly impact the cycling process? Second, I have a fine skim on the surface this morning. Any thoughts on this?

Coralline growth has nothing to do with cycling. I don’t even know why they would put that in a cycling kit. Coralline growth will happen as your tank matures and no supplements are needed as it will come from frag plugs, inverts, etc.

I can’t see much on your video but what you see might be from what you are dosing in the tank. I don’t know the kit you’re using but really, for cycling only an ammonia source is needed. Some people also add bacteria to speed it up.
