Congrats! Best of luck with it! I lost mine and still hoping to find another healthy one. Keep us posted.

Yeah I think mine has finally given up as well. I tried for over a month but his foot is damaged and he's getting worse by the day

Sorry to hear. A damaged foot on a gig is usually a death sentence, unfortunately.

It's odd how gigs have become scarce these days. I know we're getting into gig season so who knows what this fall might bring

Is that under white light? What color is the true color?
It is really hard to tell what color this anemone actually is.
It’s cobalt blue under white light… under blue light you can’t see any color at all. Currently it’s sitting in around 250 PAR, and it deflates, and inflates when the lights are dimmer…makes me wonder if it’s collected from deeper water.

Wish me luck! This nice green arrived today, after 48 hours travel, thanks UPS! Man, was I sweating bullets!
Thank the anemone gods that it arrived in pretty good condition all things considered.
Temperature acclimated and immediately put in the cipro and iodine quarantine tank due to the length of time it was in the bag. 7 day countdown begins!
Pics from the vendor and in quarantine day 1.
All fingers and toes and eyes are crossed!

Beautiful. I hope it recovers well. Are you getting back into the gig business? Where did you find it?

Thanks! I wouldn't say I'm getting back in the gig business as I never really left. The problem has been finding healthy ones that I could afford. I've been on the look out for nice giganteas for years. Like many of us that are addicted to these creatures, my goal is to find one of each color, eventually!
The plan is to fill the 360 with gigantea, Magnifica, sebae, and red/pink/blue LTA's! A nem paradise!

That's a dream of mine as well with my mags. I hope you get more gigs in to begin selling again. Your gigs were excellent quality and health.
