I don’t think their fish are quarantined, they’re conditioned. I’ve ordered several fish from Diver’s Den all of mine have arrived alive and in good condition. Do I trust them to be disease free? No. But the fish are conditioned to captivity and you get to see the exact specimen you’re paying for.

I don't think anyone should expect LA's DD fish to be disease free. However, the fish have been in their system for 30-60 days and medicated somewhat, which, for me, is often better than fish that have been likely received and shipped back out (or sold if it's a LFS) within a day or two. Plus, it's WYSIWYG.

So, if you see a DD fish you want just be prepared to do your own quarantine and/or treatment like you would any other new fish (assuming you're in the qt camp).

Looks like they mainly treat on an 'as needed' basis - https://www.liveaquaria.com/general/general.cfm?general_pagesid=425

I don't see anything listed that would treat ick. I think the word 'quarantine' is pretty loose and can mean a lot of different things to a lot of different people
Quarantine and full treatment are definitely 2 different things.
Quarantine to me is simply keeping the specimen out of the display until you're comfortable adding it. Once medication is added, I'd call it a hospital tank, not a quarantine tank...

They do treat them like as if they were in a hospital tank, but yet, people still dont wanna buy them from the divers den...
I've bought many fish from them. We all have our own preferences, not all "people still don't wanna..."
Lol

I had great luck with them until I didn’t. Fish came in and with day see ich on fish and week later whole tank had ich. I NOW ONLY TRUST MYSELF in quarantining fish and nobody else. I don’t care how good their reputation is

They say their fish are quarantined hence why theyre more expensive, im trying to get a puffer and a wrasse but do you guys trust divers den?

No. They won’t fully QT. Consider it more like conditioning. The fish could have disease. I have ordered from them and received fish that had parasites even thought they were DD. Now that the prices are very high, they would be my last resort.
