There is something on my conch. It has two stalks like a trochus snail and a long mouth part like the conch. It feeds off the sand behind him. It's on the right back side of the conch, it's the right of the two spirals. Mouth is facing down. Any one seen this?

Might be a stomatella snail?
If so, my understanding is they are reef-safe and beneficial and can get into and clean out nooks that other snails normally can't reach.

I have a stomatella. I believe they generally have more of a visible foot. What confuses me is this guy doesn't move he is attached to the conch. It kinda looks like a giant limpet

That's a Hoof Snail - it's a keeper:
Yeah, looks like either a Slipper Limpet (genus Crepidula) or a Hoof Snail (taxonomic family Hipponicidae) - both are harmless; slipper snails are filter feeders, and hoof snails feed by extending a long proboscis (think like an elephant's trunk) to eat either their host snail's waste or any food it can reach from its host's back.
