Looking for some help adjusting the color (green/red) displayed for the sensors in the app.

Background, I added an additional card that currently has a pH probe and a saltwater conductivity sensor. The conductivity sensor is in my Geosreef kalkreactor and ranges between 7.5ish and 9ish mS dependant on kalk remaining, if its stirring, etc. No mater what I set the nominal value for or how I adjust the hysteresis, the semi-circle on the dashboard always shows red. Ive changed the display to PSU and kg/L as well but the sensor display always shows red. I have also swapped the pH probe in my sump with the one in the reactor, recalibrated and the one in the reactor always shows red. Other sensors on the Profilux are green unless they go beyond nominal value/hysteresis and then they turn red.

My question, is there a way to get the kalkreactor conductivity sensor to show green for my setup/situation? Or is it because the range of the card is 0-100 (I believe) that it will always show red no mater my settings because the kalkreactor is so low on the range?

Thanks in advance.

Have you test to swap to freshwater mode?

My pH meter shows green ±0.5 degree C of the nominal value

Thank you for the quick reply.

My expansion card and/or probe does not have that option. For me, below calibrate electrode is open DNV-channel page. No change measurement range.

Not there either. My expansion card shows Cond S. Maybe saltwater only and cant be switched? If thats the case, any other ways to posibbly change the sensor range and color switch point other than nominal value and hysteresis?

I have no experiences of just that expansion card. I know that GHL had two different conductivity sensors before - one for fresh- and one for saltwater:) - it could be the way it is,

One idea - if you have a P4 - is to switch the Geosreef sensor to the inbuild port (the one you can change) and use the card for the normal sensor.

Another idea - make a ticket by follow this link https://www.aquariumcomputer.com/support/tickets-enquiries/ (use guest log in) and ask the GHL staff what to do

Sincerely Lasse
