do Sebae like little to no flow or like being blasted with flow I noticed when I turn everything off for wc it seems to look the happiest but idk if not putting any flow on it is a bad idea

I don't think they need too much flow. My sebae is about 10" across and thrives in barely enough flow to move the tentacles. I think what you have in the video is perfectly fine and more than I have.

No video but lets just say you can barely tell I have a circulation pump in the tank. I'm maybe pushing 400gph through a 60 gallon tank with a single Nero 3 on its lowest setting and with a sponge guard.
