Hey @billyocean I just got my Loudwolf and it says "Fine Crystals" on the bottle but it's a giant chunk in the bottle... Was yours powderish?

Ive had a few small chunks in it but mostly crystals. I just so happen to have crossed by a thread that I read the other day that said it was still fine to use...you can break it up if need be

Mine has never change color. This is what he looks like all the time. What's there to be unhappy about, big tank, feed the best foods, plenty of friends.

I have our tank lit with 2 AI prime 16hds on the ends, angled in a little. Then 2 XR15 G5 Blues with xho reefbrites on each. Here's our schedule/setting.

Your lights come on later than mine. Mine comes on at 7am and off at 8pm. It fits my schedule and because I work early and in bed early (except when there's an SBB sale)

I usually leave at 630am and home by 6pm. So I have them come on at 11 and off at 11 since that's about when I go to bed. The fiance doesn't usually get up until 11. The lights coming on let's her know it's time to get up lol

Both hubby and I get up 5:30am and work until 2:30. Pick up the girls from school at 3. They do homework. Dinner at 5 if no swim or music lessons. Then shower, 30 min reading, bed by 9:15. Sleep in on non school days. So the lighting schedule works for us all.

Yup, this way we're able to get the most enjoyment from it. Plus, I always get up early and it's neat being able to see all the things that come out when the lights are off.
