That can't be normal damage. Never seen that. At work we get anywhere from 2 boxes to 10 daily... some look like someone kicked them across a field. That had to be the box caught on fire and they can't justify it I'd imagine lol

I've had half empty boxes delivered before, leaking products, all marked damaged. Only once did they not deliver a box because it was laundry detergent and it evidently busted, it was marked "leaking undeliverable, disposed."

I agree, fire or ran over, they definitely have delivered "damaged" before.
