Could try and move him to dirt bikes. I've never ridden a street bike, but have dirt bikes. My dad used to Enduro race and rode them until he was 75-76 or so out in the Mojave desert. Half of my childhood vacations were in a desert RVing.
That sounds hot and dry...

Now those must be some good memories.

I'm gonna go ahead and disagree with you...

I got a whole novel of reasons why, but TL;DR Shane has to make a certain amount above margin to keep growing.
business is business and you can't fault a guy for needing to make money. I don't see how it could apply to some people but not others.

FWIW, I only got 1 $1/$5 coral in this sale. I wonder if future sales will have a limit on the 6s too.

If my math is correct, a $6 coral plus $25 coral is two corals for $31, or $15.50 apiece. That’s still an awesome deal.
that's how ive looked at the 1/5 corals too, when you average it out, it's still a bargain

I rode for about 10 years, and definitely tried to talk him into a project car over the bike before he got it. He says he still wants to ride, but we're hoping that fades away! Going to get him a car to work on to keep him occupied more too!
With every dangerous endevear we take on, there are risk involved. My chosen profession, flying high performance fighter aircraft, is loaded with risks and I lost a lot of good friends who got to close to the edge. Your son may never lose his desire to ride, but I suspect his respect for the risk side of the equation will change now. He has seen the edge and experienced near death. That thought will always be with him from now on. Its part of what makes us crazy boys turn into smart men. If he continues to ride, I suspect he will be much smarter about it and show good respect for that edge he has seen.

Lol! I was little too old for it now. 21 years in the Air Force flying F4s and F-15s and then 23 years working for Boeing Aerospace teaching young college graduates how to be mean nasty old Fighter Pilots. Great profession. Never felt like I worked a day in my life.

That’s adorable. We’re about to bring another fur baby home in a few weeks. After losing our Mika in May , it’s time to fill the hole.

@sadrobotz , Iron Eagle was based on @AKL1950 in real life, or was it Top Gun?
