I know, more opportunities to buy things has been tempting me the whole sale. The other funny thing about SBB sales is they last longer than any other seller here.

Most have a weekend sale, here we have a month of hype, a VIP day, 4 days of the sale and two after sale days.

red dana?
Nope, just a no namer. Since everyone is chatting about red Dana I'll post a pic of mine soon. Gotta get the child brushed and ready for bed. Side note, I lost a speciosa. It had some algae on the side I tried to get with tweezers. It said "nope" and peeled out of there within the hour. I've had it perfectly fine for 42 days.

I guess the moral of the story is they are sensitive to being touched.

Yeah, I'm on that same train. Mine fluctuate a crazy amount throughout the day. If I test in the morning, always .22 but jumps throughout the day if I test at night and then back down.

This is all after doing a reef Flux kill off of bryopsis where before I had super low phos. It'll balance out eventually, just makes me nervous.
lol, i mean, like .5ppm fluctuations in a couple days. Upset a bunch of corals but it's probably the tank telling me not to mess with things.

I always test in the morning before feeding. I should try testing in the morning and evening as you do.

I've just started testing once a week, and dropping it off at my LFS for them to test for me. I usually take a water sample around 11-Noon. I usually feed the first time at Noon. I have noticed a little higher if I feed then take the sample in, but it's only about .02-.04 higher than if I just take it before I feed. .5 is a heck of a jump though, maybe rocks are leaching phos? Idk, I'm still learning all this too

Yeah, mine jumps when I feed frozen. I'm a little excessive, one cube of mysis for the two tanks, but I spot feed the Acans, Duncan's, and all the lps which consume most of that one cube.
