You're lucky @robanister , had just enough TPU filament for your 3 racks.

Hey. Just thought you’d like to know since you helped me….I have like 8 kasa smart strips. Several on each tank plus a few throughout the house. You wont have dimming control AFAIK other than the manual set it and forget it. There are bluetooth dimmer options i believe, but not with just a kasa.
I'm going to be printing a really simple one this weekend. Only 40g of filament and 15 spots, plus it will hang over the edge@SBB Corals or you could include some nice frag racks….
AbsolutelyTank in three shots
Lights turn off at 9
Plenty of room for 55 more

Has anyone confirmed this would work? The PSU is expecting 120v to then convert to 12v. The 1-10v i imagine is a circuit inbetween 12v and the diodes. Id be hesitant to dim a 120v PSU without confirmation itll work from quanta/luca.Hey. Just thought you’d like to know since you helped me….
Dimmable outdoor kasa smartplug. Which is good since we’re putting it near a wet environment this could really be a game changer for the helix’s plugged in.
No idea but I bought it. I could experiment with it, most LED’s tolerate dimming particularly if the psu already permits dimMing albeit it manually. The real question is. Try it. I believe that they have a massive warranty if I remember correctly.Has anyone confirmed this would work? The PSU is expecting 120v to then convert to 12v. Its a small business. I would just email him directly and ask, prior to blowing up a PSU with something that clearly isnt a mfgr defect, and shouldnt be warrantied. Again your dimming AC before being transformed to DC to then power the lights. I have no idea where 1-10v fits in, in terms of acting as a potentiometer - regardless i would email the guy prior to needlessly experimenting. Theres also bluetooth controllers that are $30 and wire directly to the 1-10v lines on the helix. No idea but I bought it. Fair enough. Worst case senario I have a heavy duty automatic on off switch with timer. It’s a small business.
