Depends on the knife. Mostly limited runs with makers I know and interact with. But they are all in a range that they can still be used
I once bought a really expensive pocket knife from Chops Knives (Tim Lambkin). Was Damascus blade with mammoth tooth bolsters. Absolutely beautiful knife. Ended up trading it for a Suzuki Samurai for my deer lease.

Very similar to this one on his website

Mammoth tooth is a beautiful material. I used to go love the handmade customs but you always feel bad using them

Boating has gotten so dangerous these days. So many firearms lost to accidents it’s a shame
Very confused how you lose your guns on a boat? The one thing I’m not losing in a boating accident is my weapon!

Lol it’s a joke. Because if it’s lost “in a boating accident” it’s basically considered untraceable / unfindable

So if it’s used in a crime, you can’t be tied to the gun cause you don’t have it

Or if the government wants to do some kind of registration or whatever then you can say you don’t have it anymore because if was “lost in a boating accident”
