Wow! I thought my recipe had a ton of ingredients I have started using the BRS twice per week.

You are right, checking BRS now and they have 10x points.

I just follow the recommended dosage on each product per my tank size (120g). Ive only been doing this method for 3 weeks and my polyp extension is crazy both with the lights on and night time. Seems sps really like bacteria.

Yeah..there's no certain product required except zeozym/zeobak. You can sub the foods and what not. I think Allan adds like 15 things..lol and CRT is buddies with him so he started doing it after seeing the results.

Im going to try to stick to thie method as long as things dont get too pricey. It also cleans your water crystal clear the next morning, didnt expect that.

8-12 hours, Usually around then 12 hour mark You can tell its ready when there’s no chemical reaction from the zeozym
