Rough. That's definitely not conducive for owning a tank unless you have a significant other or family that can take care of it. Or pay for aquarium service to visit your home and do any maintenance/check things while you are away.

My company offered that one time, to have a service take care of my tank and my dog, Wanted me to go back to Brazil for months.... I declined, was done with traveling, did it too much for too long

My only suggestion is dont do something strictly based on the bottom line compensation, have a strategy as to why youre pursuing an opportunity that requires you to change your life.

I think it comes down to every person’s individual situation. If I was younger or older I may consider something like that, but not at this point in my life. I also agree with Billy, if the money is really good, you like the work that makes a huge Difference in the decision.

Starting rate is in the high 140k yr with raise after probation period of 6months. I'm single and live by my self so no family to come back to.
At the same time, I've lived a quite chaotic life in which the aquarium hobby has been quite helpful in calming me down In alot of aspects of life...so yea...alot to think about.
