Want to know how I got the job there? I was an assistant manager at a computer electronics store called PC Club in college and one of the employees got an interview, and I asked to for reference and got hired. Dropped the retail job like a week later and joined the QA team and was the liaison for the dev meetings, basically lots of documentation writing, I co-wrote some of the game manual as well.
