I could not figure out why my leather coral in my seahorse tank was dying and then I saw this:

I would get those every once in a while.
While they are cool looking I always thought my leather corals were better.

He does look like berghia, cool but destructive too. Wrasses would make short work of those.

I forgot to mention that the white coloration is an indication that it is not eating enough. It should have a brown tint to it. The pic was taken after the coral was decimated.
