I fell in love with the cube at LiveAquaria's booth at MACNA, so I put it on my Birthday list last year. It's the Marineland 2'x2'x18" 45G cube tank. I got the glass top and the MH/T-5/Moonlight light combo as well:

The cube was plumbed into my 268G display system on Wednesday ... a huge thanks to Gary!

Added a little base of sand to place the liverock onto last night:

And then added some flow!

Over the weekend I'll take a crack at doing some aquascaping!

Thanks guys!

So I placed this tank in my husbands basement office, so I need to keep some things that he likes in there ... nice of me, huh? ;)

He likes things that I won't put in my big display (see my signature) so I'm placing some items that he's picked out over the last couple of years in there. I had a 29G biocube in the same spot prior, but I hated the flow and it was just a pain to maintain. He's got a nice Ricordia, Yuma and Zoa collection that is residing in my frag tank right now that will be moving into the cube. I'm also going to move my favia collection in there as well and maybe add a chalice or two as well on a spare reef shelf I have.

For fish, I'm planning on some cave basslets, helfrichi firefish pair, my blue assessor, his tailspot blenny and most likely the tomini tang I have. I'm also going to add a pistol and goby pair that's unique.

I also have 2 MP10W ES's coming as well for added flow in the cube.
