I haven't heard back from the person who was originally going to take this gal, so she needs another home, but I'm concerned I may have waited too long into the hot season. We're getting highs in the mid-high 90s already. I do have some sturdy coolers that I've had corals shipped to me in, but this feels maybe too hot, even for them and a cold pack. Particularly as I don't know if anyone wants to foot the bill for overnight shipping from a random person without those bulk shipping discounts.

Don't suppose anyone wants her. She's a bit over an inch long, taking frozen foods. I love her, but I don't have anywhere to put another reef tank, so she needs to go. I imagine she's tired of the breeder box (with hides!) that I have her in.

I’ve kept them in water temp of 80 degrees.

90 would be bad but I doubt within the box it’d get that hot personally unless they leave the package in the sun outside, it’d be on the receiver more.

More water volume the longer it takes for outside temperatures to affect it. If you have macro you could use a larger bag and let the macro help it secure to something (less splashing around)

or get a large bag, a small pvc pipe, drill vent holes in the pipe, get mantis in it and plug both sides with some thing like chaeto.

I have some portions of silicone straw, slightly under half an inch in diameter, that I've been using as temporary dens for it. I was thinking of fastening one piece to the inside of the container somehow (I have a couple of ideas, but they would be hard to describe here) so it can go inside and, I assume, stay inside.
