So my TDS has hit 7 and I recently changed out my DI so figured my membrane needed replacement. It's been almost 2 years. Got 2 new membranes (100GPD) from Amazon and swapped it out. The lowest I am seeing with this new membrane is 15. I swapped the old one back in and get 7 TDS again. What do you think is going on? Thanks.

If I had to guess, cheap knockoff membranes from amazon. Seen this same thing on a couple threads now, and the common denominator was membranes off amazon.

Are you sure the membrane is seated properly?

My thoughts as well. But they got good reviews so figured they'd be OK, at least to start with. Not bad right out of the gate. The other thing is I have a pressure pump on the RODI. Wondering being they are the AMZ knockoffs, if the added pressure is pushing solids through that a better membrane would stop.
Yes, I've swapped it out a couple times now making sure it's well seated and it is. Think I'm going to return to AMZ and get some better ones. Thanks.
