between 300-500. that being said i think the biggest change that's helped my acros the most would be we really started paying attention to the trace elements. icp tests and dosing according to that

Agree 100%. People give too much credits to lights. Flow + nutrients + trace more important now since any decent light is already good enough

100 gets you 1 $5 frag then 200$ gets your 2 $5 frags and so on
