Reviving trumpet coral

Hello! I have a 4.8 gallon reef i let get away from me for a little while due to family issues and unfortunately i paid the price. I dont have a build page for it yet but one of my corals isn't doing too hot.I've cleaned it off the best i could and replaced it in its spot, but is there anything else i can do to hlep it grow back, it looks like all 4 heads still have mouths. Its a trumpet coral (Caulastraea). I know they are pretty bullet proof but it still sucks to lose it if theres things i can do. Any help is appreciated, parameters and relevant equipment listed below.
Parameters as of 10/17/24 Ammonia-0,nitrite-0,nitrate-10,alk-12, salinity 1.023(working on puliing this and ph up a tad) ph 8.0
Lighting-kessil tuna blue a80
No wavemaker
Pump is a sicce nano
Tank is the AIO Eshoppes deskmate 4.8 gallon
Duetto ATO
chemipure elite, filter floss, no filter sock using a media cup with the floss instead.

You need some phosphate. Id lower the alk below 10.

Nothing you can do except give it good stable reef-like environment in your tank.

Whoops mistyped there, but the alk is at 10 and the phosphate is at .15 last i checked.

See I thought that too but its been hanging on like that for the past couple of weeks while i got the tank stable. But like immediately after i put it back in its spot it puffed up a bit, not over the skelaton, but definitely larger than before.
