My local reef shop gave me this for free today. I am new to reef keeping and this is my first torch coral (if you want to call it that lol) and i am wondering if it will survive and if anyone has any tips and tricks for helping it grow and survive.

I have been researching myself too as I have recently started adding a few torchs into my tank and prepping for what if scenarios. Seems many swear by KFC (Kung Fu Coral) dip method. Mixed results from what I read but majority has had success. I would definitely give that a shot.
