Pics of the current light, I removed the Hydra as they were overheating even with additional internal fans :

I'm feeling the Brightness of the T5 is much lower than the LED, and the Spectra is know for the poor quality reflectors, so should I swap it out for some other bar?
I think I could fit a total of 4 more bar, which would be a 400w measured power + 2x250w Halide running 4H + 10H

From what I can see, you already have plenty of light and then some.
Definitely, but with the MH running short on time because of the heat, it's pretty dim with them off.

Also like the way corals are getting more fluorescent protein with the LED from my observation. Can't tell if I saw any difference with the T5

IME, the T5 will, in general, give you a more natural look while the bars will do a better job of bringing out the bioluminescence in the fish and corals.

That's true, if running only Royal/blue bar when Halide are off won't allow me to enjoy much of the tank.
Maybe should I let 2 T5 for that purpose
