Pics are a little fuzzy but this is a fish that is susceptible to skin irritations and ich. If you are seeing spots/blemishes, likely irritation. If its little bumps you see, may be mucus cones mixed in with ich. Can you provide a 20-30 second you tube version video for further assessment?

When you post the video, can you also give us more background on the fish - how long have you had it, any treatments done so far, any tankmates, water quality, etc.

I’ve had them maybe 2 weeks only thing was my salinity was at 1.30 I’ve changed jt back too 1.26 or 1.27

Other other parameters are in the photo below I’ve been feeding brine shrimp and seaweed

As for tank mates I have 2 dory fish
6 clown fish
A damsel
Goby
Cleaning shrimp
Horseshoe crab
And snails and hermit crabs

I think they have ick because they were covered in white a few days ago but now they have a lot less white but I’m more worried about the big white spot

This is a brand new tank that was recently cycled

They do like hiding in the rocks could be a scratch idk

Fish typically don’t get scratched from rocks, they spend their lives around sharp coral.

The white patch may be a bacterial issue, but I’m more worried about the possibility of ich in the tank. That can spread through all of the fish and often is fatal.

Ich spots come and go at early stages of the infection. Then, the spots increase in numbers and the fish die.

The two best treatments are coppersafe or hyposalinity, but those cannot be used with invertebrates present.

I should also caution you - the tank is very new to have that many animals in it.
