How long would you trust the values on the bottle of a multi reference solution after being opened?

Let's say you have an unlimited supply of these bottles of solution; how long would you trust it before opening a new fresh bottle?

Which reference?

Unless it gets cloudy, the alk and calcium and magnesium standards are fine.

I worry a lot about nitrate and phosphate standards since organism growth may reduce them.

It's the FM multi reference solution. I guess I didn't realize it had po4 and no3 in it. I'm really just looking for the majors. Would the organisms start after being added or after being opened/exposed to air? Can it be trusted at all from what was originally printed with those present?

Can a DIY multi reference solution be made? I'd rather whip something up myself and know its close to what It was at the time of use.

Sorry for so many questions in a row :)
