Don't waste your money with them! You will be lucky if you get your order and it's right.

I just placed an order with them and out of 5 things I ordered only 2 were right. 1 of them being those pods. The ship you cut up filter media and say there are pods in there. I put one piece in a separate container and never saw any copepods, just a few amphipods.

Just my experience.

You best bet is to get some chaeto from a trusted local reefer and the pods that come along with it. When I first started my fuge I seeded it with a small ball of chaeto from a local reefer and a bottle of Tigger Pods... a month later and my tank was filled to the gills with pods.

Are you planning on running a refugium on the 120?

TO be honest, now is the time to switch out the sumps for exactly what you want. They aren't hard to build yourself, and you wouldn't be annoyed everytime you look at it, just my .02:nerd:

I really don't have the money to buy/ make a new sump right now. My HOB fuge will have to do it for now.

That's sad. I really need some pods for my mandarins before I transfer them. Really hoped reefs2go was the way to go.

If the fuge is already running on the old tank, you should be fine if you just switch it over when you move the livestock.

I got some Reefs2go pods a while back, my experience was similar to dakotasreef except my copepod population did boom a week or two later... could be unrelated but maybe there were just enough to get it started. I ordered 1000 and I'm pretty sure there weren't that many.

+1 more on not wasting your time and money with reefs2go! Gave them a couple tries and was never happy ..... will never order from them again.

If you can't find a local reefer or someone on the classifieds here ..... I had very good luck with Ocean Pods when first starting my tank/fuge.
