Hi. I’m having issues with the reef mat throwing an error saying water level is high. The water level in my sump is below the water level in the reefmat. Can’t figure out why the water is overflowing in the reefmat. Please assist

Can you manually advance the mat? Since the water is overflowing I am guessing that your mat is dirty/clogged and preventing the water from flowing through. This is causing the water to rise up and trigger the water level error. Are there other related errors? ReefMat should have advanced the filter role automatically when high water was detected.

I don't have this piece of equipment myself but it is on my list for my bigger tank when I get it.

I have had the mat get caught up in the lower rollers and cause the mat to not advance automatically or manually. If the mat will advance the contacts may need cleaned off. They can collect some salt creep.

I had to clean the sensors. That worked for me
