This tank has never had any problems. It is clean and in storage. We are moving in 2 weeks and don't have permanent housing yet. I can't justify moving it. The one issue it has is that it needs a sump - I cracked the sump when tearing it down. All plumbing, silicon, glass are perfect. The only mod I made to the plumbing was adding a gate valve.
You can add on some additional equipment for purchase if you want. I have 2x ReefOctopus return pumps (main and spare), plus a ReefOctopus skimmer (a nice one, I forget the model). Make an offer for that stuff.
