Just wanted to put up a pick of my Reefer 170. Eventually I'll do a build thread in the appropriate place. In the mean time however I figured I'd throw this up to see what everyone thinks. The other day Jamie asked me where all my rock is. So trying to figure out what I can do to get some height. Thinking about a CaribSea Tree kit.
Currently also dealing with some algae from the tank I upgraded from(Fluval Evo 13.5). Tank was just starting to crash before I bought my house in August and got this tank going. Looks like some kind of cyano, the "hairy" kind. Got some chaeto in the sump blowing up and dosing 40ml of vinegar and it's slowly getting better but I think due to poor flow in the pervious tank the rocks absorbed a lot of nitrate and phosphate.
