ReefBreeders Photon V2+ for 60” SPS dominated reef tank?

Hey,
I am going to set up a 60x24x24 inch 150 gallon mixed reef tank. I want an most probably going to change it to an sps dominated tank later on. So, I was wondering which would be better to use. Two 50 inch photon V2+ or one 50 inch photon V2+ and two of their lumen bars? Please let me know which one will be better. Also, I heard and the shimmer on the photon’s is not very good, I heard that it is almost static, is that true and is there any way I can fix it? Also if any of you guys are using the photon’s on your tank please attach a picture of the tank so that we can see them

I can't answer for sps as they're not my focus; however, Logan & the reefbreeders fb group are really helpful in determining the best set up with the lights for everyone's needs. I'd check them out.

I have reefbreeders on my 150 gallon redsea max S-650 tank. I think it was only at 60% blues at the moment. Its a mixed reef.

Shimmer like a mh light, no. But I do have some shimmer.

2 units grow acros anywhere in the tank, even on the bottom. 2nd option will work, but you might need to use good placement and planning. I use a Reefbreeders Photon V2 32 on front portion of my tank, and an additional panel by SBREEF Rolan V22, which is a shorter unit, but 180 additional watts. So only 40 watts shy of of the Reefbreeders unit. A ton of light.
My tank is 36"x24"x24
One unit, for my application didn't cover for all acro tank.
Same depth as your tank, fyi

That is an absolute unit of some kind of Echinopora/chalice. Good to see
