Hey guys I’m doing a budget build for a 110gallon I’m building. I got a amazing deal on a reef flo barracuda gold pump. I was wondering if I could run it inmy 110 gallon tank with the dimensions of 72”L x30” w x12.5” T? If I put a gate valve on the discharge would I be able to slow the flow down enough that it would be usable in the tank? Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Well, I run a Sicce SDC 9 @45% on my 200-gallon system, so yeah - with no controller you'd definitely need to add a gate valve to the output side. It's going to suck a lot of electricity to effectively have it throttled to ~10% though...
